Any oil BUT olive, coconut or avocado are highly processed, extracting any nutrition and ultimately oxidizing the oil. In another words, consuming any bad seed oil, is like drinking cancer causing liquid. You always want to ANTI oxidize the body

Eat, real whole foods, limit or avoid packages (ultra processed foods). Prioritize clean protein, healthy fats (avocado, olive, coconut, animal) and organic produce
Balance for Joy
Eating healthy, consuming only organic, avoiding seed oils and optmizing nutrient density can be time consuming, hard and boring, so adopt an 80/20 or 90/10 rule and balance. Choose one thing you cannot compromise, like no seed oils, or no gluten and stick with it but enjoy the rest in 10% moderation
